    From our first meeting to the day of our move, the support we received from both Shad and colleagues within William Group was fantastic. Given that this was the first time we have moved in 37 years, we were somewhat apprehensive about the whole process, but Shad and colleagues provided us with brilliant support throughout. On the day before the move, the Packing Team were totally professional in packing our belongings. On the day of the move, the Team Removal were incredible with nothing being too much trouble and everything done with a sense of humour. They also quickly adapted to a time
