Entail contact very clear and professional. Quotation visit was very good Bill made sure there was absolute clarity about the work that needed doing. Provided quotation within 48 hours . His proposal was competitive and comprehensive. We agreed a start date and time of arrival// Arrived as agreed. The quality of the work and cleanliness of approach was excellent. Ordinarily if a tradesman said he could start work fairly quickly I wouldn't be interested and would steer clear, however, when I received Bill's quote it was too competitive to ignore. Bill completed 2 rooms over the course of 5 days for me and I have to say I am super impressed! Would I use Bill again - yes, in a heartbeat. In fact I have asked him to quote for further work to be carried out into 2025. Extremely professional, tidy, and fantastic quality.
