  Polite, professional and thorough!

  Professional, friendly and informative. Will managed to get to us on the same day, explained what he was doing as he was doing it and what the possible outcomes would be. He took the time to ensure everything was working properly and that we understood what the issue was before leaving (despite it being so late and the job being a little longer than expected!) I felt reassured and wouldn't hesitate to use Will again.
