6 vinyl flooring in small toilet area

Flooring is laid extremely poor. was charged extra to mastic, I agreed as the edges were very badly cut. Wish I hadn't bothered now! He was trying to leave it looking very rough around the edges. Took 5 hours to lay less than 2x2 metre area. Mastic alone took 2 hours. So disappointed that I will be removing the flooring. Around radiator is not even stuck down properly. Vinyl was laid over old vinyl + mastic at your request to reduce costs so made new mastic uneven. Edges were cut neatly, see photo in Vinyl album. No extra charge for mastic. I offered to return and fix any issues for free but received no reply.
