Good communication, high quality work and friendly - what more can you ask for?

Will is incredibly professional, kind, communicative, and knows what he's doing. My walls were a bit of a nightmare, but he managed to work with the tiles that made the final result look flawless. I'm very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

The tradesperson was quick to respond to my request, came around the same morning. He took the time to review the issue, explain that before inspection it might not be clear what action would be required and what the options were likely to be and the price for each. Once booked he turned up on time, communicated clearly on progress and impact to time and cost throughout, and consulted with me as the customer on how to proceed. The work itself was finished to a high standard, and he cleaned up as he went overnight before the second day of work, and after the job. So refreshing.

If I could give Will an 11 out of 10 I would. I cannot thank him enough for the quality of the work carried out, his patience, manners and his understanding. After a terrible start no fault of his or my own, he remained patience and his professionalism showed by rescheduling and wanting to help us get the job done sooner rather than later. The job he did was outstanding and we cannot recommend him enough!!!

from start to finish wil cracked on and got it completed in no time. lovely man and excellent tiler. will definitely recommend.
