Wilkinsons Removal & Storage of Bristol Ltd were superb from start to finish. From the initial quotation with Ben through to the actual removal day, the service was faultless. Despite very wet weather on the day, the team were professional, efficient, and kept everything completely dry. Friendly, reassuring, and hardworking throughout — I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I can’t recommend Wilkinson Removals highly enough. From the very first survey, the service stood out — Ben was excellent, incredibly thorough, and the only person who actually took the time to properly write everything down, which gave me real confidence from the outset. Claire and Dannon in the office were also fantastic. I had to rearrange my moving date multiple times, and they were always patient, helpful, and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. I used Wilkinsons to move all my possessions into storage, store them for me and move me into my new home. From booking and all contact with the Wilkinsons staff everything was easy and I was kept in contact with details all through. The removal guys themselves turned up on time, were respectful of my home and my possessions, really helpful, polite and nothing too much trouble. From the first moment of contact asking for a quote until the follow up courtesy call a few days after our move, I can’t fault Wilkinsons in any way. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.
