  Phil and his team carried out the repointing and replacement of a concrete window cill on our period property. They were responsive and professional from the beginning, with good communication and were pleasant throughout. The job was completed to a good standard within the expected time frame and at the quoted price. Would recommend!

  Phil did an excellent job. Work started just before Christmas so never easy to find all the trades, however in the new year my apartment refurbishment was on full swing. Overall I al very satisfied with Phil. He has great communication. And keep you updated at all times. I would highly recommend Phil.

  Men of steel

  I used Wilis Homes to install a steel so that a chimney could be removed. They also carried out some brick work. Very pleased with the results, time it took and it all coming in on budget. Would use them again without hesitation.

  A thoroughly reliable and honest contractor

  Phil and his team did an amazing job, communication was excellent, they were very punctual and were very flexible doing more than the job spec without a murmur. They completed the work on time, with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. They continued to visit the flat to ensure the works were carried out to the fullest extent. He was very open and honest throughout the whole process. would recommend Phil for any and all types of building works, he has the knowledge and has the contacts.

  2 storey L-shaped Extension

  Reliable, professional and quick. They turned up at 7:30am everyday without fail. Worked quickly and notified me when they wouldn’t be on site when waiting on materials and other works needed to be done. Can’t rate them high enough, they’re brilliant. They weren’t excessive on costs and kept to the quote.
