I had lots of flat pack from various retailers many had lots of various pieces which was not easy ! but this tradesman put it all together brilliantly over a period of 3 days and really liked that he troubleshooter immediately when things in pack were missing or incorrect. Really happy with all the pieces assembled and attention to detail. I would say as improvement to consider messaging customers on day giving them ETA window on the day of job.
