Bill and Luke hadn’t seen a robot hoover before but after a few minutes Luke had discovered what needed to be done and he carried out the job professionally and politely. He was so good at showing me how to work it and how to play with it after he’d gone. Both men were friendly and super helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend.w

So glad I asked these two guys to come to my aid. They form a terrific double act !!! While Luke was sorting out the connectivity and browser problems I had been experiencing (his knowledge was amazing), Bill was sorting out and dispensing with some very old wiring & attachments which were redundant (not that I would have known of course) and may even have contributed to some of my problems. Within an hour I was back up and running on a different browser Luke had recommended, and very helpfully having copied over all my bookmarks from my previous bowser. Many thanks Highly recommended !!!!

Very good at explaining why and what was needed. Always friendly and turned up as planned and on time. Talked to me as the job went along to check on ancillary details and amended the installation required as a result. Had to re-route some external wiring due to a misunderstanding - couldn't have been more agreeable and understanding about it. We are really pleased with the end results and recommend the whole team whole-heartedly - thank you, Luke, Mark and Bill.
