Paid for a site survey despite explaining in advance that the cabling had already been fully installed and only configuration was required. The visit was brief, involved no meaningful testing, and offered little technical insight. The quotation that followed was significantly higher than others I had already obtained, which unfortunately matched the tone set during the survey. Other contractors were able to assess the same installation and provide quotes without charging separately. I did not feel the paid survey provided value and chose not to proceed. Did not justify the survey fee.

Came back from holiday to a faulty router, service provider changed it but one PC had horrendous connectivity and web page access troubles. Have known Bill Lane (and Luke) for years. Visited for a couple of hours, now fully sorted and connected! Brilliant service, highly recommended.

These guys managed to help me sort out an issue I was having about my ethernet cable over the phone. Highly recommended

Bill and Luke hadn’t seen a robot hoover before but after a few minutes Luke had discovered what needed to be done and he carried out the job professionally and politely. He was so good at showing me how to work it and how to play with it after he’d gone. Both men were friendly and super helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend.w
