  Drainage Problem Solved!

  This company are excellent! Keith found my problem within minutes, where others had missed it, then proceeded to deal with it very efficiently. I was kept informed every step of the way and cannot fault the team in any way. They kept the site clean and tidy and replaced terrace slabs and tarmac exactly as they were before. At the end of the job you would not have known that there had been any excavations. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Damaged drain investigation and repair

  The Wicklen team were confident from the outset and through the use of CCTV, were soon able to identify the source of the leak. They had the necessary equipment and technical ability to complete the repair which involved removing several tons of saturated clay from a restricted working space. This work led to the repair of a damaged wall which was achieved with great attention to detail and with a minimum of mess. Throughout the 9 days the team worked hard, often in adverse weather conditions and were always aware of the concerns of the householder.

  Investigation & installation of new drain

  Our front soakaway had failed and was leading to our garage to begin flooding. We called Wicklen Ltd due to their very strong reviews and experience in this area. Keith came out very quickly (next day) and ran through our options, of which we decided to proceed with re-aligning the drains to the mains. Keith & the team were great. Keeping us up to date each step of the way. The quality of work is fantastic- the work required removing patio slabs but you would never know they had been touched once they had finished.

  External drain blocked

  We had been having issues with an external drain for a long while and eventually it became completely blocked. We contacted Keith and he came to look at the problem the next day. We were happy with the quoted price and agreed to go ahead with the work. Keith and his team arrived punctually the very next day and worked extremely hard, keeping us fully informed with the progress of the work. They were very polite, friendly and worked neatly. We are incredibly delighted with the completed job; the drain has never worked as well! We would recommend Wicklen specialist drainage without hesitation.

  Repair & Replacement of Home Drains

  We contacted Wicklen Ltd as our garage kept flooding. A survey was arranged immediately, which identified various other issues in 100 year old drainage system. These were clearly explained & thorough plan of works recommended. The team completed the works over the next 7 days in an extremely professional & tidy manner. We were kept informed at every stage, & are delighted with the results which have improved the drainage and appearance of our home immeasurably.
