  Great work done by a great team.

  From coming out to asses my drainage problem to completion of the works , Wicklen have been reliable, professional and transparent. All work was completed well within the timeframe quoted, even in horrible weather. Dan has worked like a trojan. I now find myself gazing at my lovely new drains!!   Professional Service.

  I called Keith from Wicklen about an issue with my underground pump station. He then visited site on time and sorted the issue without any issues whatsoever. Really professional service and would use again if needed. Punctual and Professional in a really specialised field of works. Thanks Keith

  A neat and thoroughly professional job

  Despite investigations and some work by different plumbers and a drains specialist we were unable to establish and remedy the cause of sewer odours permiating into our bathroom. Harvee, of Wicklen conducted a thorough review and identified inadequacies in the venting, plus damaged and badly configured piping as being the likely cause. Replacing and reconfiguring some of the waste piping, replacing the defective soil vent pipe and adding a second vent downside of the sewer has not only eliminated the odours in our bathroom but also presents a neater exterior appearance.

  Tidies up Drains

  I contacted Wicklen because I had seen their local adverts and their vehicles about. The initial response by phone was quick, I explained the job which initially seemed quite straightforward, and arrangements were made to do the work. They arrived as planned and set about doing the work. It turned out that there were complications, because they unearthed a manhole cover that had bizarrely been slabbed over by previous occupants of the property. This expanded the job, but they continued with the work until completed. Very pleased with the result and would recommend

  Drain smell

  Keith and the team came initially to investigate foul smelling drains which we’d been experiencing. They were able to quickly identify the cause and provided a quote for completing this work. Once the work started they found more issues (not unexpected as the work is underground) but they were very open and honest with what was required and the cost of doing so. Very tidy work - patio looks untouched! 100% would recommend. Thanks to all the team!
