Wickham Security have maintained our alarm system for a number of years. The existing system control panel needed replacing and, after advice from Wickham Security, we decided to go for a new wifi system for future proofing and the additional remote access functionality it would provide. The installation was carried out as planned in half a day, including introduction to the new smartphone application and fobs. All aspects of the installation went smoothly and the engineer was able to answer all of our questions and take us through the operation of the new system without any problems.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever. We were kept fully informed of when the installation of our alarm system was going to be . The engineers arrived on time and carried out the work with no mess as well. We were also given a demo on how the system works. Thank you.

I had an alarm system installed in my new property , having previously had a system at my old house. I have always found Wickham Security courteous and professional in all the work they have done for me in the past. The house is always left clean and tidy. Also how the system worked was fully explained to me and helped me with downloading the app. A much easier system than my previous one and more compact. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase an alarm system.

Really friendly and helpful team, from the surveyor to the pair who came and fitted the kit. It has been working now for 6 months or so with no problems and we are really pleased with it.
