Boiler service was carried out efficiently and at the time booked even though the member of staff booked to undertake it was unable to attend.

The engineer (Greg) did a very thorough job. In fact he was here for just over an hour. Unfortunately, I hadn't booked it - I was due for a boiler service the following day from a different company. Greg just said 'boiler service' when I opened the front door and I assumed he was here a day early.

Alex arrived very promptly to the arranged time and carried out a thorough boiler service. I have used this company for about 7 years to do my annual service and have always been very satisfied with the results.

Matt came and looked at the waste water pipe from my washing machine that was leaking water everywhere he managed to unblock the pipe, very polite and tested out check it’s all cleared and did a great job, will now use this company in the future.

Excellent work replacing hot water cylinder and a seized tap. Completed on time to a very high standard. Hot water back on the same day. Could not fault any aspect of the work. Would thoughly recommend. Good communication too.
