  Brilliant service from start to finish. Jamie tiled our bathroom and the finish is absolutely spot on. He was reliable, tidy, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Everything was completed on time and exactly as agreed. The bathroom looks amazing and we’ve had lots of compliments already. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again.

  The company was excellent from start to finish with fantastic customer service & advice, Jamie was extremely helpful very knowledgeable & professional throughout, I am delighted with the quality of product & workmanship they were very polite & courteous, they were on time & very tidy, can't fault them answered all queries raised before ordering, not often you come across such an efficient team. Highly Recommended.

  Excellent service, James came out same day - provided us with a fair quote for the work (wetroom for my elderly mother who has dementia) the work was completed within the timescale provided, excellent housekeeping very tidy, always polite and helpful our questions and ideas were greatly received. We are over the moon with the finished room. Would highly recommend 👌

  Total bathroom refit and wet room installation

  Initially all seemed well with this work in our bathroom. Here we are almost 1 year later and the shower has failed again, this is the third time. We have water coming through our, recently plastered utility ceiling, again, the tiles in the shower area are loose from the wall......  tried texting the guy to no avail....  sent a couple of messages via messenger, which have been read, but no response....  have now had to contact someone else to come and sort out the mess...i have a disabled husband who needs access to this shower....

  Hi Joan, i'd like to refer to youre origional review that is listed just beneath this one, you were very happy with the completed work and the fact that our quote in youre words was " half the cost" of the other quotes you recieved, 10/10.we came back time and time again over the course of the year post job to repair the wet area ( twice) - the toilet seat- the bath overflow- all of the above caused unfortunately by falls suffered by your husband who bless him is as you say disabled, never the less we still came and at cost to ourselves and repaired these issues. Kr.

  Large bathroom refit with wet room area

  This was a big job to make the bathroom suitable for my disabled husband. The guys did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. Few hiccups along the way, me changing my mind about things too, but nothing was a bother. Delighted with the finished result... thankyou
