I rang WIB Roofing & Renovations Ltd from the Wirral,the owner Wayne came out to look at the roof within the hour,it was my mums house,she is 93 years old and have Alzheimers,she had water leaking through to her bedroom and another room.Wayne diagnosed the problems ,Wayne came back the next morning with his two sons and repaired two valleys on the roof and also cleared debris and plants growing round the two chimney stacks and repaired a small roof downstairs ,Wayne and the lads did this for free for my mum,i was shocked and felt very grateful for them and their very kind gesture.Thank you WIB

Wayne and his team did an excellent job. Plenty of photos taken during each stage, which he has sent me. Price was good also. Would highly recommend him.

I recently had the front roof of my property replaced and I am over the moon with the service received. Wayne installed new tiles, a dry ridge and repointed the chimney stack to a fantastic standard. I feel I've now got the best roof on the street! From start to finish, Wayne was so friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing in great detail, which gave me confidence in the work he was doing. Communication was excellent throughout, booking was effortless, the work done is amazing. I would highly recommend WIB Roofing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Star service!

I can’t recommend WIB enough. Wayne is reliable, conscientious with a great work ethic and great communication at all stages. I had a long list of jobs that needed doing but just started with one (flat roof) to see how it went. I then asked about my main roof. gutter and rendering because I was so happy with the work. Wayne has given great advice on several other jobs that I need doing, some I can do myself. He went above and beyond and I will use him for future renovation projects when I’m ready.

The team came to look at a roof issue we had. They were friendly, honest and clearly knew what they were doing. Gave us a fair quote and did a great job. Everything was explained clearly, and they were happy to answer any questions. No pressure or upselling, just straightforward, professional and friendly. Left the place clean and tidy too. Would happily recommend.

Excellent customer service, responded to my request within minutes. Arranged to attend within 30 minutes on a weekend! Was very courteous and knowledgeable! Examined the roof and gave a genuine assesment. Replaced a tile for free and discounted a seperate area as old damage that had been repaired previously. Arranged to reattend in a week to check repairs had solved the problem. Would recommend and will use again if needed
