Fantastic service from Whyte Service Limited. During one of the summer heatwaves, Emily was the only person who answered after I spent a day calling around companies. She was helpful, knowledgeable and never rushed me. Josh then visited, explained our options and gave excellent advice. The installation was arranged quickly, with great communication throughout, and Josh and his team fitted the unit on a Saturday, completing it within the morning. We’re delighted with the result and would highly recommend them!

Outstanding service from start to finish. They contacted me the same day, provided all the information I needed, and fitted me in the following week. The installation was challenging as the unit I purchased was designed for hotel use, a detail not disclosed by the seller. The engineer went above and beyond, expertly rewiring the unit himself and getting it working perfectly. Excellent customer service, technical expertise and workmanship. Highly recommended- five stars!
