This is the second time we’ve worked with Hugh, and once again, we couldn’t be happier. This time, he helped prepare the groundwork for our shed and greenhouse, as well as paving and fencing. It was a slightly tricky project as we had other tradespeople coming and going, but Hugh was incredibly accommodating throughout. His work was exceptional, delivered on time, and carried out with complete professionalism. Hugh was recommended to me to replace an existing fence and to dig up a patio and create a flower bed. He did an amazing job and I’m very pleased with the work. Hugh quoted for the work after I described what I wanted. He also helped to provide some suggestions as I wasn’t sure on all of the elements, this really helped bring my garden project to life. Hugh tidied up each day before leaving and kept me updated as we went along with any decisions needed. His friendly attitude really made me feel comfortable and I would certainly book him again for future jobs. The patio now looks fantastic And is a usable space for us again.

We found Hugh through Checkatrade and from the first meeting felt he understood our vision. Over a 6 week period during some exceptionally hot weather he helped design and then construct a large new patio including steps to 3 different levels around the house. He also identified and supplied paving slabs that were as close as possible to those inside our property allowing a great indoor/outdoor feel. We are very happy with the quality of work carried out and the level of consideration given to our home. We have no hesitation recommending Whorriskey Paving for other projects.
