We found Hugh through Checkatrade and from the first meeting felt he understood our vision. Over a 6 week period during some exceptionally hot weather he helped design and then construct a large new patio including steps to 3 different levels around the house. He also identified and supplied paving slabs that were as close as possible to those inside our property allowing a great indoor/outdoor feel. We are very happy with the quality of work carried out and the level of consideration given to our home. We have no hesitation recommending Whorriskey Paving for other projects.

Hugh came to the property many times at our request to offer advice and ideas to landscape our back garden . He showed great enthusiasm and had some great ideas to fit our budget and expectations. When we booked him he was able to start work a few months later as advised and got stuck in working through awful weather conditions which I’m sure other ground workers would have left site for . Hugh works with care and attention to detail and has a genuine desire to please his clients and takes great pride in his workmanship . We have used Hugh before and will definitely use him again .

The work was started on time and finished on the day he said it would. Extremely happy with the finished driveway it looks amazing and the site was left clean and tidy on completion with all the debris removed. Excellent work ethic throughout the whole process.

Fantastic job both at the front of the house and at the rear. The drive & patio look fantastic. Hugh was really helpful prior to and due to the job. He was on time, efficient, friendly, tidy & completed the job in the time frame that he said he would. Can highly recommend this company.
