Needed to move all my posessions from one 3-bed house to another. Surveyor promptly arrived, assumed the scope of work. Since some of the furniture might not need to be moved, I asked to present the quote with different options to exclude such furniture. The resulting quote not only included everything, it did not include VAT and insurance. The final number was rediculously high. On the day the movers were 1 hour 09 minutes late. Furniture were overpacked into the single van, using my table as a stepping stone. Van was dirty. At the new place, furniture was not fully unpacked.

The move itself went incredibly smoothly. Richard and Luis transferred everything to their van quickly and with no problems whatsoever. In fact, they took the initiative and re-packed my son George's weights to make them easier to carry. I wasn't at the destination but George and our new "Landlady", who is also a personal friend, were very impressed by the way they unloaded everything and their friendly attitude. Both deserve a massive thank you, as does Millie in the office who arranged everything. She went through every step clearly and was a delight to deal with. Thoroughly recomm

On the day, the team communicated their estimated arrival time, and loaded and unloaded efficiently and with care. The team were friendly and professional. It made the office move much easier.
