I’ll never be using them again. After agreeing on work needed the company charges £45 p/h and the plumber works in slow motion taking up as much time as possible to increase the bill. After not fully completing the work on the first day working (7 hours) just on the pipe work he stated they he’ll come another day to complete it. However, soon after he left I got a surprise email from the company stating they’re unable to finish and advised to find a replacement. Although I’ve already scheduled for plastering work, that had to be delayed because of this. Also Dinted one of the pipes.

To ensure transparency, our office promptly contacted you to outline the revised scope of work and confirm the hourly rate before proceeding.
To accommodate the project’s requirements, our plumber worked beyond regular hours to complete the first-fix pipework, allowing other tradespeople to carry out their tasks. Additionally, we scheduled a return visit at your request to further facilitate coordination with other trades while you sourced the manifold.
On our second visit, the work again exceeded the initially anticipated scope. Given that it required two tradespeople, we informed you that we were unable to meet your specified deadline due to scheduling constraints.
Regarding the dented pipe, as soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we promptly replaced it on the same day.
