  Extended conservatory

  I had the first house I need extended in the old conservatory , i find them online was a good jobs , very understanding on my point of view , Ivan helped me with everything else , i suggested everyone how wanted to do a house , refurbishment or from zero , the best . Thank you guys.

  Full renovation. Remodelling, re plumbing and electrics. Fitted new bathrooms and kitchen.

  Fantastic to work with. Organised. Clear. Kept to time and budget aside from a couple of unavoidable extras that we found when we ripped up old floors. Clear communication and kept me up to date with progress.

  Remove old conservatory and replace with brick extension.

  Would recommend Ivan and his team without hesitation. From the start they were fantastic to deal with, incredibly polite and helpful at all stages. Really impressed with the final result. Did have an issue with the doors a few months after completion but Ivan had it dealt with and resolved within days. It was a pleasure having them work on our house and will definitely look to use them again in the future.

  Build a new extension along with installing a new kitchen.

  White & I Construction successfully won a tender bid to remove our outdated conservatory and old kitchen and then build a new extension dining area along with installing our Wren kitchen. They collaborated effectively with our architect and the building inspector, providing valuable additional inputs to the design and construction. The project was professionally managed, starting and completing perfectly and on budget. Their workforce was polite, experienced, tidy, and a joy to have in our home. The electrical, roofing, plumbing, and tiling contractors employed by White & I was excellent.

  Remove a leaking conservatory and replace it with a single storey extension.

  Ivan met us prior to the build, and after looking at the architects drawings, gave us a start date. Ivan and his team were on site on the start day, and they were on site every day, 5 days a week without fail, until the job was finished, to our and Ivan's satisfaction. I cannot recommend White & I, highly enough. If I need any building work done, Ivan will be first choice.
