  Careful and thorough

  Kaleb came and really took care over checking my gutters etc before sending me my quotation. This was, of course, more than I had hoped for, but I took a chance on him because I felt I could trust him. He worked very hard, and the gutters no longer leak, and he was always polite and punctual. He also worked carefully on my flat roof. I wish I hadn't spent so many years paying for cheap botched jobs.

  Excellent service. Work concerned a three story town house. Clear explanation of the possible problems and the steps to be taken in rectifying the leaks. The work was bigger than expected, but possible options were clearly explained as the work progressed, so we were able to make informed choices without any pressure. Quiet, tidy, efficient and polite service. Scaffolding erected and removed quickly.
