Excellent service. Work concerned a three story town house. Clear explanation of the possible problems and the steps to be taken in rectifying the leaks. The work was bigger than expected, but possible options were clearly explained as the work progressed, so we were able to make informed choices without any pressure. Quiet, tidy, efficient and polite service. Scaffolding erected and removed quickly.
