Good communication, arrived on time and carried out work well.

Arrived on time quickly established that the model of machine was not the same as the one we had given, said he would try to return the seal to the supplier and order the correct seal. At a later date would return and fit the new seal. Good communication and reliable.

Unable to effect repair due to parts required being obsolete - only charged £20 as a good will gesture - really appreciated Now off to Curry's to purchase a new one circa £300!

Tad is responsive, arranges a visit quickly is clear and reasonable with costs. He is clear, helpful and fixed our oven as well as providing advice on other issues. Would recommend.
