For a failed shared driveway of approximately 250sqm and belonging to five properties, we engaged Whites Environmental to quote for the installation of a more durable and hard wearing 10mm SMA tarmac surface. Josh promptly attended to survey and offered a very competitive quotation. In the period prior to and during our project, Josh provided regular updates and clear communications. Josh and his labourers completed all requisite preparations nd the tarmacking team were excellent. The new driveway looks fantastic with added kerb appeal to our properties. We found Josh and his team extremely polite and a pleasure to have on our property. They have created a complete transformation of our garden from a tired space to an area we can use again. Top quality workmanship and friendly workforce. We changed our minds on a few things during construction, but nothing was too much bother. Josh 's team did a good job with the patio let me down heavily with the pagoda, his recommendation. During construction we were left waiting, messages went unanswered. They would turn up without warning. I was looking for somewhere to sit and do whatever protected from all weathers. I went for the pull down sides believing they could be left down, only to be told that no they should be up in wind and bad weather. That in snow roof should be open. Josh left the site with one side not working. He promised to phone to complete job. I am left with nor fit for purpose pagoda, never been used.
