  Can't fault Thomas or his work, he says he'll be round on a certain day, he's there. Came and saw what needed doing, explained the issue in an easily understood way, no messing about just how much and how long. After accepting his quote I was told he would be round in the next few days, got a call the day before just to check and confirm, came round cracked on and got things sorted. Very happy with his work and will be saving his details for any future jobs!
