We had been without hot water for a week after being let down by another plumber. I posted this job on Checkatrade and Chris replied within an hour and said he could come the following day. I spoke to him on the phone and went through the issue and he reassured me that he could sort it out. He came on time the next day and sorted it professionally and quickly. I now have 2 happy teens who can have hot showers again! Highly recommended!

great guy, communicated well all the way through, went out of his way to get obsolete parts and travelled 40 minutes to come and install and repair. great service, very fair pricing and genuine guy. really pleased with service and will definitely use him again.
