Noticed some loose mortar on the ridge of my elderly mums house on the roof overlooking the garden. Concerned that the mortar or ridge tiles themselves could fall off I contacted WH Home Improvement via Check-Trade as an urgent call out. Within 1 minute I had a phone call from William and arranged for him to take a look the next day (a Sunday no less). Opted for Dry Ridge system as mum had numerous issues with ridge tiles coming loose over the years and reassuring that it comes with decent warranty. Looks very good and I’m relieved that hopefully the issue is sorted.

This was the third time I'd used the company for essential and urgent repairs. Massive weight off your mind because they respond quickly, are readily available; the service is very professional and the team are personable.
