Paul has done work for me twice in the past year. Once to replace a deadlock on the front door of our house and a second time to replace the deadlock on the front door to my flat. His work is excellent - a very clean job. He is responsive, friendly and honest. I would be happy to use him if I need a locksmith again and I would recommend him to other people. Always a good job by a reliable tradesman.

Paul came to my rescue when someone changed the lock on my garage( not me) and I could not get to my possessions. He was cautious in taking my word for it that it was my garage. He did not have the correct lock with him, so he went home to see if he had one which he didn't. He ordered it and came back within 2 days to fit at no extra cost to me. Paul came to the house to fix a french door lock which had never been right and then broke completely. A previous locksmith had been unable to fix it and I was wondering if I was going to have to replace the whole door. But Paul was amazing! He was able to get the door opened which was a hell of a job to do and involved prizing the doors apart sufficiently to get the locks clear of the mortices. He then advised on replacement lock options before fitting the new lock. I would have no hesitation using WG Locksmiths again, Paul is professional, fair and upfront with his pricing and friendly.
