We recently had our broken UPVC lock unlocked and replaced, and Paul did an excellent job. He was very professional, provided a premium service, and clearly explained all fees upfront, no surprises. The work was done efficiently, and we’re very pleased with our new lock. Highly recommend his services!

Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my jammed lock and took the time to explain what had caused the problem and how to prevent it happening again. He even carried out a bit of quick routine maintenance on a different door for free. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
