We are really happy with the our new patio. Gerrards NW visited our garden, sent over a quote later that day and kept in contact until a date was arranged. They arrived when they said and cleaned everything away at the end. Really impressed from start to finish and will definitely recommend. Wes & his lads did an absolute perfect job totally transformed our garden. Never in doubt they'd do a good job as from the initial conversation of getting multiple quotes etc I could tell they only wanted the job to be completed correctly to a high standard. Turned up on time everyday, cleaned up fully on a daily basis, all waste was removed as promised. How does it work?
- Drop me a call or a message, we can even arrange a virtual call if that's what you prefer, and we will discuss your initial thoughts/requirements
- If agreed, I will then visit your property, at a mutually agreed time and date, to have further discussions and take any measurements
- I will provide you with a quote within 5 working days (usually much sooner)
- I will then leave you to contact me with any further questions you may have or to confirm if you would like to book the work to commence
Once you agree to commence
- I will arrange to visit again to agree a start date & estimated timescale
- Work commences on agreed start date
- Work will be carried out in a professional manner with minimal disruption
- Work site will be left clean, tidy & safe at the end of each working day
- Upon completion, all debris will be removed from site
