Professional throughout to undertake renewal of damp proof course. Inspection and survey report arrived promptly via email with succinct summary of work required. The cost was competitive with other companies. All company representatives arrived on time, which is what a customer wants. The work was undertaken on the date offered to a high standard. The company staff were very professional and friendly, there was minimal mess and all rubbish removed. Throughout the communication was very good, staff helpful and friendly would highly recommend.

Great work, if only all companies could act like this. Did everything that they said they’d do, always on time, helpful/informative, and were a huge help to me in terms of picking up keys to the property etc when I was unable to get there. If I ever need damp work doing, they will always be my first choice.
