  Part of a house renovation project

  We absolutely loved having George and his team renovate our home. The work spanned three floors and included a real mix of jobs, all of which were completed to an exceptionally high standard. Throughout the project, they were considerate, tidy, and a pleasure to have around. George took the time to share and explain his professional knowledge and skills, which gave us real confidence in the work being done. The end result has truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Really professional in every way.

  George and Russell made time to come straight away to assess the damage from the leak. They then made a plan of action and fitted us in because it was serious and needed attention. Their work is methodical, done to a very high standard, and they got it done as quickly as they reasonably could. Top marks.

  Conversion into downstairs WC

  Would highly recommend. Excellent communication; very swift acknowledgment of my quotation request right from the start and excellent ongoing communication throughout. Very easy to work with; flexible approach allowed for additional WC refurbishment to be included, no bother at all. Impressive progress completing the work within a week and to such a high standard. Absolutely delighted with the new WC; small space was made to feel like an additional room, not at all cramped. Above all these are really friendly, lovely guys to have around, nothing too much bother, simply outstanding.

  Victorian terrace wall knock through, plastering, fire safety, radiators

  George and Russ and their team are fantastic. They talked us through options for joining 2 smaller ground floor rooms for a more modern open plan feel. They were very flexible and gave us space to make decisions so the work was exactly as we wanted, and adding things as they came up. They managed everything with building regs, including updating fire safety of the house. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out & we were very pleased with the attention to detail in finishing up the plumbing of radiators and woodwork. They are so friendly and maintained great communication.

  Hardworking and dedicated team

  The team from Westwood Property Maintenance have done an excellent job transforming our new kitchen and a refurbishment of our lounge/diner. They are dedicated professionals who work hard to do the best for their clients with great expertise. This is the second job they have done for us. I can highly recommend this company.
