Westway Drainage Ltd responded quickly to my Checkatrade search for companies that offer house gutter cleaning. Their quote was acceptable and two personable young men arrived on site at the prescribed date/time and proceeded to clear and jet wash my gutters, which were generally choked with moss etc. They kept me informed of progress. The whole job took 2 hours (for a detached 4 bedroom house). They reported back to me at the end. My subsequent invoice was in line with the quote and included a number of before and after photos of the job. They left the site clean and tidy. Excellent!

I texted Gavin on Monday evening at 8.20pm with an urgent request to unblock a toilet. On the next morning; Tuesday at 9.15am, Gavin was outside my house ready to fix my issue, having communicated with me in the morning his estimated time of arrival. He was swift with fixing the issue and also provided some additional advice as how the current plumbing should be. Super helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely use his services again.

Blocked sink during a family gathering on a Sunday. Westway came and sorted it within an hour and explained the issue and sorted the problem.

Avoid at all costs. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong. Took far too long and had multiple big-scale leaks in the year after. Cost thousands to get repaired with someone else

Very good experience with Westway, from the initial site visit and quote to the team that came and carried out the work on the day. Punctual. Completed work on schedule. Good communication - the team explained what they had done and what they found on the day. Pricing was transparent.

We had toilets that kept blocking and Westway Drainage attended and surveyed the drainage found the cause and came promptly to fix it with minimal disruption and charged exactly what they quoted no hidden extras. Came bakc a couple of weeks after to check the solution had worked. I would recommend them as a friendly service and willing to work around you
