The works were carried out very well. The original person who visited assessed the situation and walked us through the the process and kept us informed every step of the way. They kept disruption to the minimum working around us. Enabling us to keep the factory open whilst the works were going on. a very thorough job.

Reasonable quote, on site within half an hour of initial contact. Resolved issue quickly & discussed causes with us. Impressed with how quickly arrived & fuss free. Left driveway clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Amazing! Really responsive, professional and friendly service. Called the team out to a severely blocked drain and was offered an appointment the next morning. I was given lots of advice on the state of the drain, and what was needed to replace the collapsing section. Definitely recommend!

Gavin came out at very short notice after He responded to an emergency message late at night when we had a big leak. He arrived first thing in the morning (on a Sunday at Christmas no less) after fantastic communication; and very quickly resolved a tricky problem. Gavin didn’t once complain despite dealing with very difficult surroundings making access tricky to say the least! He was up and down in our loft and worked quickly and efficiently. My four year old was so impressed she even made him a Christmas card! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will use for our new boiler. So glad I found WW.

My toilet had leaked and the plumber repaired and fixed the issue So far I am happy with the service.

We booked westway drainage in to care out a cctv inspections of our drains. It was already pricey but we needed it done. When Gavin attended I knew we weren’t going to be getting a survey. Not much get up and go about him. Well after a 2 minute plod around he said he can’t gain access to Carry out the survey as the pipes behind a piece of mdf. Sorry please tell me what houses have their toilet pipes on full show. It would have taken me 3 minutes to gain access. He then left and I got a lovely £114 call out charge invoiced to me.
