Jon has just replaced my boiler for me following the demise my previous boiler. He was very prompt and punctual, explained things clearly and the quotation provided was fully detailed and included everything required. The workmanship was excellent and everything was completed as agreed and on time. I can not recommend Jon and Natalie more highly. I'm so pleased to be able to support a local company. We needed a complete new heating system put in, we originally had air flow heating and required a new boiler and radiators installed. Right from the beginning the whole experience was stressless. Jon knows his trade, and had a plan laid out for us before leaving, the qoute was reasonable. And the work was completed in a timely manner, during their time on site, disruption was kept to a minimum. I was relatively surprised with how little disruption the work caused. I would defiantly use the company again and recommend them to anyone.

From the moment we met Jon it was obvious he knew his trade and nothing was too much trouble. He moved the tank from the airing cupboard into the loft, added a new radiator, flushed our system and serviced the boiler. All work was carried out very efficiently and professionally. They were a delight to deal with and we will definitely be using them again. In fact, we have already booked them for next years boiler service!

From the moment Jon came round to provide a quote I felt in good hands. I had to make the switch from warm air to boiler and radiators which involved getting gas from the supply to the kitchen and a lot of pipe work. Jon knew exactly how to make this work and put me at ease. Jack arrived every day on time and did most of the work by himself in 4 days. Jack's pipework is really neat, he worked so hard all the time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Both Jon and Jack are good company and easy to have around. I would strongly recommend West Sussex Heating.
