Terry and Matt were brilliant when they stopped the very, very noisy pipes in my loft. They are very helpful, courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

New Boiler - Went The Extra Mile

Brilliant service as usual from Terry. He fitted a new boiler for us. There were some unforeseen issues with the fitting but Terry went above and beyond as usual to resolve them. Highly recommended.

Repairing a Valliant boiler leak

Terry did an outstanding job replacing two faulty parts in our Vaillant boiler that were causing a leak. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. We couldn’t recommend him or West Street Plumbers highly enough!

Home heating system emergency

Our heating system broke down, but Terry turned out to have a look at it within a few hours. He turned up when he said he would and was extremely helpful. Found the problem, dealt with it all within two hours. He provided an excellent service for us. I cannot fault it.
