  Clear communication from the start. Proposed a solution I was happy with which instilled confidence. Steve turned up on time, carried out the work quickly and efficiently, to a high standard, I’d be more than happy to use him again.

  As ever when I ask Steve to do anything he is prompt, reliable, clean and tidy and always does an amazing job. He knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced too. No more shopping around, I just call Weston Property Maintenance and everything is done perfectly.

  Top Fence Job from a very reliable courteous Trader, would use their services again

  Spoke with Steve about replacing the garden fence. When he came round, he clarified exactly what we wanted, & then gave us a detailed email quote, with a 'subject to weather' warning and advised to let neighbours know with a start/end date. Steve arranged everything, including skip delivery day & time, and materials delivery. The work started on time and finished 'subject to weather', and at all times was considerate, keeping us informed when the rainy weather in November, did cause delays. High quality materials were used, and Steve did a brilliant job with a difficult sloping garden.

  Creative brick and stone work

  Communication was excellent. We needed 2 replacement steps outside some patio doors, and edging to a path, where mortar had disintegrated to sand, and bricks had shattered. We had lots of big pieces of stone - both smooth and more rustic which we discovered throughout our 135 year old garden. Stephen provided a prompt quote which we accepted. His attention to detail was really good and he completed the steps better than we imagined. As others have commented really good attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We would def use again should the need arise.
