  Thomas was very good at communicating and keeping us updated. His team were hardworking, courteous and prompt. He also managed to fit a couple of extra requests for work in at the same time which was very much appreciated. Would happily recommend his work.

  I was contacted straight away and they came the next day on time to complete the job. And I was given a guarantee that they would come back and fix the problem at no extra charge if I had any further problems.

  Thomas came out to have a look at my roof because I notice water coming in around the chimney breast while there was heavy rain 2 hours later he was able to send one of his team members to take a look and they put a new seal around my lead while it was raining and this has now fixed the issue. Will be using in the future and I would highly recommend.

  After viewing & discussing, Thomas explained requirements. Price & timescale agreed & contracts drawn up. Due to heavy rain job was delayed by a day. Thomas came to let me know about the delay. I was impressed with his professionalism, customer service, dedication & knowledge. Work was completed as discussed to a very high standard. Clearing rubbish & tidying up.
