  Professional and fast

  We had an issue with our site where the drain wasn’t working. We contacted WM Drainage, and Gareth was brilliant. He came out and thoroughly checked everything. Unfortunately, we had a collapsed drain. We needed it sorted as soon as possible, and Gareth took care of it within days. We would definitely recommend them.

  CCTV drain survey and report

  Well communicated throughout intially asking about job, promptly completely work with seller as still waiting to buy house , very competitively priced and report an cctv of drains all for £155 will consider using again , nice to support local business from national firms

  Absolutely fantastic service. I can not recommend West Midlands Drainage/ Gaz enough. From the moment i have placed the job, he contacted me. Gaz was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do, and fixed bot drains outside, without any issues. Fast and efficient, also a very reasonably priced. Excellent communication also, turned up on time. Highly recommended, 10/10.

  Drain survey & unblocking

  Cannot say a bad word to be fair, right from Gareth answering the phone is was plainly obvious that he was knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. We received a phone call 30 minutes before he arrived, when he arrived he was exactly as the phone conversation indicated thoroughly professional, polite and knowledgeable. We would have no hesitation with recommending Gareth, considering what they do the service was brilliant.

  Messaged re a blocked kitchen drain. Had a very prompt reply and he came out the next day, which was a Saturday, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Very polite, friendly and efficient. Will certainly contact again if I have any more drainage issues.
