I just had my carpets cleaned, I am extremely happy with the service I received, especially from Dean. Dean was completely professional from start to finish and arrived exactly on time, which I really appreciate. The carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in a long time, and I was especially worried about some areas due to having a new puppy. Despite the challenge, the carpets have come up so well—they look and feel incredible! I honestly can't believe the difference! will definitely be booking in yearly for an annual carpet clean. Once contacted the quote was received quickly and professionally. The work was carried out on the day scheduled. Arrived on time and was the quickest clean we’ve ever had which gave us more time to dry and get back to normal. We had a lounge carpet, large rug, three seater sofa, cuddle chair and four arms of chairs cleaned. Dean was friendly, approachable and clearly good as what he does.
