Came out on a on a Bank holiday Monday. A professional and an honest job.

The plumber was very swift in accepting the job and confirming his availability. He arrived promptly on the day of me requesting the job and arrived within the timeframe he specified. He initially checked the toilet and clearly communicated that it needed a new part. He was honest with the price and consistent with the price at the end of completion. I’m grateful that he took the time to fetch the part needed to complete the job and returned on the same day, again within the timeframe specified. I’ve had no issues whatsoever since he has completed this work and I’m very happy with the quality

Sam was fantastic and professional. He kept in regular communication in advance of the work and was quick and efficient. We’ll be having him back next month for some further works.
