    Prompt response, good quality work

    I posted my job on Checkatrade when my boiler needed a heat plate exchanger replacement and a power flush. West Midlands Gas and Plumbing Service responded very quickly and did a great job. Everything was explained clearly, the price was fair, and the work was completed to a high standard. The system is working well now, and they left the place clean and tidy. Very professional and reliable. I’d definitely recommend them.

    Very prompt and friendly, very open about costs of repairs and parts. Unfortunately main part gone on very old boiler that meant I’m better to apply for grant to replace, but did a fix to still allow hot water through Emerson and explained it all to me. Appreciate how helpful and honest he eased

    Very good service

    Sami was brilliant. Turned up when he said he would. Did the boiler service and changed my thermostat and repaired my leaking radiator. Kept my house clean and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

    Proceed with caution

    We needed a boiler service and they responded quickly quoting a price of '£100 cert'. 'Sami' identified a problem and attempted to fix and then requested £200. He got £100 cash, chased within hours and then requested payment to his own account. We paid but were suspicious when the boiler performed the same as before. Someone else came and was shocked that the cover hadn't been re-fitted correctly and was left in a 'potentially very dangerous condition'. The latest company fixed everything, refitted the cover safely and charged us £30. Lessons learned so suggesting caution using the above.

    A Competent and Honest Individual

    Sam is a very competenent engineer. I had previously engaged the services of a few engineers to fix the problem but none had managed to do so. But Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it too. He is also a very honest individual who promised not to charge anything if he wasnt going to fix the boiler. I strongly recommend him.
