  A roof tile had fallen and smashed onto our patio. We looked at Check a Trade and found West Lowe Property Maintenance and after leaving a message we received a call from Daniel. He arrived promptly gave us some options and proceeded to complete the job as well as another issue he had spotted. He was professional polite respected our property and job completed efficiently. Would certainly recommend this company.

  Replacement roof including frame

  West was one of several roofers we quoted and was able to do in short notice (a lucky break for us). While the quote was the second highest of the 4 we received - it was the most comprehensive and detailed and included a 10 year guarantee The workers arrived as expected and did a 10 hour day .This was to ensure the house was water tight as more damage was found to the timbers upon the removal of the tiles. For the extra work, West charged what we believe was a fair price and made sure that the final quote was for the entirety of the work with no more hidden work found later.

  Excellant company, they carried out renewing our roof and our neighbours. Top quality job, workers never stopped until job finished, very polite, respectful and left surrounding paths etc. cleaner than before. We would recommend your company to anyone.

  Absolutely brilliant roofing work done on mine and neighbours houses. West and his team were polite, very hard working and competent. Everything was done to a very high standard and kept me fully informed throughout the job. No mess at all was left and they even jet washed my drive and patio. Could not recommend them enough.

  Roof replacement

  I had the roof of a 4 bedroom detached house replaced. The work was carried out to a high standard and the whole site left spotless when they had finished. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having any work done on their roof. The quotation outlined details of the work to be done and the cost, there was no high pressure selling. Very pleased with the end result.
