  Needed to survey a roof for a prospective property purchase.

  I contacted Wayne via Checkatrade and had no prior experience with him so was taking a punt on someone to do my job for me. I explained that I needed an urgent roof survey for a property I wanted to buy. Wayne was able to slot me in quickly, was clear about when he was due to arrive, performed the inspection and was timely in following up with the report and invoice. His team mate James also phoned me from the inspection to add some additional context which was very helpful. Overall very happy with the service from Wayne and team.

  Leak in roof leading to full roof replacement

  We had a leak in the roof leading to damp in the upstairs bedroom, which got much worse during a storm. James, Wayne, and their team came the next day to see the issue and patch it, and gave great practical advice about how to move forward. They ultimately replaced the whole roof and were done in just a few days - it has been great working with them and their standard of work has been excellent.

  Really impressed with this team. They arrived exactly when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout, and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was left spotless afterward, and they just seemed like a genuinely kind, professional bunch. Highly recommend!
