  James and team at WLRM were working locally when I approached them. They provided a quote and we agreed a start date. Whilst doing the work under the quote a larger problem was discovered which required a more substantial replacement. Whilst initially concerned whether these works were needed as we had no current problems, I could see there would be a future problem. James was excellent with his communication via WhatsApp and was on site daily. The whole project took less than a week to complete and the quality looks very good. Minor remedial repairs were done without dispute. I recommend

  Outstanding Service

  We have been using this company for over five years - for roof repairs, external decoration, guttering and roof renovation. Recently Wayne, Peter and the team came up with a highly innovative cost effective solution to an inaccessible external ventilation issue on the second floor of our property. They are always friendly, punctual, professional and take great care with their work. We would highly recommend them.

  Wayne, James, Peter and Dillon did a great job for us . Complete re roof gutters and fascias Quality is good, communication was excellent, and price reasonable. This is the seconded time we’ve used WLRM Ltd and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again,

  Needed to survey a roof for a prospective property purchase.

  I contacted Wayne via Checkatrade and had no prior experience with him so was taking a punt on someone to do my job for me. I explained that I needed an urgent roof survey for a property I wanted to buy. Wayne was able to slot me in quickly, was clear about when he was due to arrive, performed the inspection and was timely in following up with the report and invoice. His team mate James also phoned me from the inspection to add some additional context which was very helpful. Overall very happy with the service from Wayne and team.
