West London Renovations & Design came to fix an urgent issue that we were left with by our previous bathroom fitter. Rafal was very polite and patient on the phone and promptly organised for an engineer to come round. The engineer was also very polite and understood our needs. He asked questions and fully understood what was required and even gave us ideas for how to solve the problem. The resulting work on our shower tray riser twas of extremely high quality and excellent attention to detail. This is a very professional company that I would definitely use again. What a superb team of Professional Builders. True Perfectionists. The first day it was absolutely pouring with rain. Even though the guys were soaked they never stopped. A Beautiful job. Came back on a Friday Afternoon to finish painting as there was a gap in the weather. You could honestly not find a better Builder. I am so glad that we found Rafal and his team. They were great to deal with throughout our renovation project, and really care about delivering quality work that you are happy with. Work was done at a reasonable cost, and when extra bits were needed, were discussed and agreed in advance. Rafal and team helped us turn over our rental property that had been occupied for 10 years. We live abroad and our biggest challenge has always been effectively communicating across time zones. Rafal made this very easy. He was honest and offered guidance, with eyes on the ground, about additional work scope we wanted to include.
