  Helpful, quality work, lovely people, would definitely go to again.

  They were friendly and helpful and professional throughout. The work was done to a high standard, quickly, and with no mess or fuss. We had movement in a wall which needed repairing with heli bars as well as lintel replacements over a window and door. The work was completed, inside and out, over two days and we are completely satisfied with the result. If we have any similar work in future, we won't hesitate to contact Neal and the folks at WLPM

  West London Property have just completed a full kitchen renovation for us including painting, kitchen cabinet works and tiling. We are so happy with our new kitchen. Super impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of the finishes and the cleanliness maintained during the job. We would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

  Kitchen renovation

  We hired Neal and his team to renovate our kitchen. The team were professional, efficient and helpful the whole way through. Their quality of work was excellent and they provided really helpful advice and design suggestions, ensuring we ended up with the best possible final product. We are delighted with our new kitchen. We have already booked in our next project and will continue to use Neal for future renovations.

  Repairing cracks and render damage causing severe internal water infiltration and damp.

  West London Property Maintenance Ltd came to repair external walls at our property that have deteriorated over the years and have caused major water infiltration and internal wall dampness. After getting quotes and proposals from numerous companies we decided to go with them as they had the best proposals at an affordable price. We are so happy we did and are really satisfied with the result. Neal and his team went above beyond and not only repaired the render but improved the failed guttering and other issues not foreseen prior. They kept us informed every step of the way.
