  Repairing cracks and render damage causing severe internal water infiltration and damp.

  West London Property Maintenance Ltd came to repair external walls at our property that have deteriorated over the years and have caused major water infiltration and internal wall dampness. After getting quotes and proposals from numerous companies we decided to go with them as they had the best proposals at an affordable price. We are so happy we did and are really satisfied with the result. Neal and his team went above beyond and not only repaired the render but improved the failed guttering and other issues not foreseen prior. They kept us informed every step of the way.   New suspended ceiling in bedroom

  Neal gave me three helpful options to repair my damaged bedroom ceiling. He and the team were prompt, friendly, clean and tidy and they made a lovely job of the new ceiling, including plastering and painting.

  Damp proofing and wall repair

  Neal and his team were excellent from start to finish. They came in to repair a wall and bay window with damp. Even though there were unexpected surprises, they still finished the project on time and were very helpful with the continuous questions we had. They were extremely tidy as well. We really appreciated everything that was done and will continue to use them for other house projects!

  Had the basement re tanked and the basement renovated.

  Plastering large living room window reveal and new window sill

  Absolutely immaculate job! I had new windows put in, and the reveal in the living room window which is over 2.40m needed plastering. Flawless plastering job! They quickly diagnosed the issues, and provided a competitive quote to repair them.
