Gary was very friendly and professional but most importantly extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his trade. Gary quickly identified the issues and entry points and effectively secured it over two visits. We felt reassured from his professionalism and are very pleased with the results. Initially there was good response and the work was partially completed but after that very poor communications and the follow through response was poor. I would like an invoice for the work done - I was promised this but never got it.

Gary was very polite and respectful. Asked resonable questions over the phone and quoted his price, which was handy! He ran through step by step off how it would work at arrival and after his investigation. He is trusting and took good care of my home whilst doing his job. He did not disappoint, with various checks and solutions suggested and then implemented promptly over 2 visits. Very professional and friendly. Finding you have mice in your house is quite un-nerving. We found West London Pest Control through Checkatrade and Gary responded quickly. He told us what he would do, quoted over the phone, arrived when he said he would, took immediate action to deal with our little visitors and arranged to come back to mouse proof the airbricks. Again, he was on time and we are now confident that we will be mouse free in future. All this for waht we thought was a reasoable price.
