10 Replacing ceilings and skimming

Alex and rest of the guys were brilliant. Luckily able to do a job at short notice in time for us to move in, to replace ceilings in some rooms, and plaster over artex in others. The communication was great, very trustworthy, felt confident to leave them to it after initial discussion of scope of work. Seems a great job, nice finish, work completed on time, all clean and tidy and reasonable rates. Thanks v much, a relief to have the work done in such a stress free, easy way. After arranging a visit with Alex to view the work to be done on my exterior walls (rendering), I received a quote from him. I did email back to clarify a few points before I could make an informed decision on which company to give the job to. I waited a few days for a reply which didn't come. After multiple unanswered phone calls, voicemails, emails, SMS, I am still none the wiser as to what's happened.
