Our boiler packed up so obviously we were left without hot water and gas central heating. It was suspected that it was due to low boiler pressure. We were sent one of Westflow's engineers, a very pleasant and obliging young man, Joe, who discovered that a hose was leaking from multiple points, causing water loss. Joe diligently repaired and capped the hose and ensured the boiler was working properly before leaving. I can't fault this company who I have dealt with previously and will have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommend Westflow.

Excellent work and good value. An unforeseen problem meant that the work took longer than expected but still only charged the original quotation price.

My Worcester Bosch boiler needed a strip down service and as my usual engineer has just retired, I looked on line and Westflow were on of the recommended companies by Bosch. I telephoned and spoke to an actual person not a bot. Darren was extremely efficient in arranging an engineer to come with updates. All work efficiently carried out as arranged. It is not often that I go back to a company and make a point in praising them for being so efficient but Westflow are a prime example of how to handle a customer with top class performance and told them so. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I contacted Westflow Ltd to replace a gas system boiler & hot water cylinder after finding them on the Worcester Bosch website as accredited installers. Throughout the entire process from making initial contact until the work was completed, Barnaby and his team were polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. I appreciated Barnaby's site visit once the quote had been agreed as it provided an opportunity to walk thru the intended solution and fine-tune some details regarding the work required. Westflow Ltd are now my go to company for all things heating and plumbing.
