Over the past few years I have had several jobs done by them and have always found them to be friendly and attentive right from the initial contact with the office right through to the work being completed. They are very thorough in their work in the house and the work is done efficiently and effectively and they leave their work area clean and tidy in the house. Brilliant service from all of those I have had dealings with.

Booked short notice for a leak, rapid response, visited property in time. Plumber located leak straight away in tenant's flat and fixed it quickly. Provided videos of the work. This will be very helpful to be able to claim with the insurance as the video show/explain the damage caused by the leak by a professional plumber. Really happy with the service.

Our boiler packed up so obviously we were left without hot water and gas central heating. It was suspected that it was due to low boiler pressure. We were sent one of Westflow's engineers, a very pleasant and obliging young man, Joe, who discovered that a hose was leaking from multiple points, causing water loss. Joe diligently repaired and capped the hose and ensured the boiler was working properly before leaving. I can't fault this company who I have dealt with previously and will have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommend Westflow.

Excellent work and good value. An unforeseen problem meant that the work took longer than expected but still only charged the original quotation price.
