The quoting process was both friendly and professional. John was transparent with costings for each individual element, and was happy to provide guidance on the different options for me, whilst also talking through the benefits, which made it an easy decision to proceed with Westerleigh. I had Mitch and Kieran for my install, and the lads have done a fantastic job. A particular highlight was the scribing work Mitch did around the front door to the stone, leaving a great finish! Couldn’t recommend Westerleigh more highly, and feel very fortunate I found them on CheckaTrade. 5/5 would use again!

Due to a gas pressure drop in our Lounge window, causing the glass to bow inward and shatter we needed an urgent order and replacement fitted. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived and was able to be fitted, just as the weather was taking a turn for the worse. A professional job done, ensuring our property was back to being safe, secure and retaining heat again.

From start to finish, we have had a genuinely superb experience with this company. They sent out samples, are reliable, kept us up to date with progress, and have fitted us a really beautiful new front door. They truly went out of their way to help when unforeseen problems arose (old cottage, non standard size sill as one example), and got everything sorted without hassle. Finding a new front door is not something we knew anything about nor had we done before, so to come across a company that made it quite a pleasant experience was great. Recommended without hesitation.
