Extensive decoration carried out across the college estate, focusing on key commercial spaces that require high quality finishing and attention to detail, including double height spaces, large sash windows, mouldings, ornate features and woodwork. Excellent planning, day-day organisation and execution of work. Preparation is exceptionally good and use of different products, paints and materials. Often correcting and making good poor workmanship by other trades (especially joinery and plaster work) to achieve high quality finish. Puts in a full day. Can be trusted and relied upon.

The work of the decorator is the final touch on a design project. It is not just about painting this colour or that; it involves ensuring that the quality of the work of the tradesmen gone before, such as plastering, skimming, carpentry, etc., is up to par. Kyall is masterful in preparing the surfaces he is about to decorate. He is a delight to work with, infusing the teams on site with his positive energy, discussing the choice of colors and textures based on a depth of knowledge and experience, he makes my projects look as I intended them to be, which is the greatest gift for a designer!
