We contacted West & Hill Renovations (Will & Rick) after a recommendation from our family. We wanted a first floor extention to the rear of our property, housing a new kitchen and family area plus renovation to a bathroom, utiliy and dining room. From the first point of contact for pre - planning till the work had been completed they were a joy to have around, partial to coffee & cake happy builders with excellent communication skills held our hand through this journey. They did an excellent job took pride in their work which was of a very high standard. We would recommend to anyone.

We hired Will and Rick for an extensive renovation which comprised removing the chimney (roof to ground floor), combine the kitchen with the dining room and installing a new kitchen. Everything has been done to the highest standard, including keeping the site clean and safe to the point we were able to live in the house during all the works. The initial estimated completion date was perfectly respected. All communications were good during all stages of the work, from the initial contact to updates during the works.

From the pre-planning stage through to the work being complete, Will and Rick have been a dream to work with. This was not a run of the mill project, with plenty of unforeseen challenges... but we were in very capable hands. Their high quality craftsmanship, problem solving and eye for detail meant they were the perfect team for us. The fact that they are such lovely guys to have a round was the icing on the cake!

West and Hill (Will and Ric) did an excellent job. They were on time, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them. We have asked them to undertake major renovations on our property, safe in the knowledge the work will be of a very high quality.

We cannot recommend these guys enough. Excellent communication from as soon as we made contact, really helpful input regarding the build and updates on when they would start the job. Once they started they were here every day until the job was finished. Absolute attention to detail, kept us informed at every stage, got some excellent tradespeople involved whose work was all really high standard. No problem was too big and no request was any bother. We are really glad we got them to do the build as it really made the whole experience as low stress as it could be. Not a bad word to say at all.

Communication was excellent both ahead of the works at pre-planning stage, during the work and at the snagging stage. They were always respectful of our unique wishes and regular communication meant that any difficult decisions were dealt with quickly Their quality workmanship, dedication and excellent attention to detail meant they delivered the beautiful home we had always envisioned. Working with West and Hill was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely choose to build with them again in the future and would highly recommend them to any prospective clients
