  Boiler not Providing Heating WEST27 PLUMBING LTD, was able to come on short notice and at the end of the day. He was courteous and professional, taking the time to walk me through the issue and how he was able to fix it. He explained should it happen again, try these steps and it should solve the problem.   Fixed multiple boiler issues

  Gianni was always prompt with communication and very efficient at sorting the variety of issues I was facing with my old boiler and installing a smart thermostat. Extremely friendly and quick service. Would highly recommend, can't fault them on anything.

  Excellent boiler repair and clean

  Gianni turned up promptly and was knowledgeable and polite. He thoroughly investigated and correctly diagnosed the issue. Gianni is very competent and honest and provided us with the best options for fixing. In our case a few relatively cheap parts needed to be replaced, limescale and grime removed and our ageing boiler was happy again. Gianni brought his own protective mat and left everything clean and tidy. We would recommend him to anyone.

  I found West 27 Plumbing on Checkatrade and was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of Gianni's workmanship. All items requested were removed and disposed of with ease and his customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend him and the company.

  Fitting a new boiler

  After several plumbers visited: independent and larger companies, some saying the job was beyond them and others quoting restrictively high prices I contacted Gianni at West 27. It was a tricky job given the location of the flue & the logistics of the installation but Gianni had a solution which none of the others had considered. The result: a really great, efficient boiler installed in a professional timely manner. Gianni ahs now been back to service the boiler and also did another job for me at a rental property, again sorting out problems that another plumber had ultimately created.

  Cooker Hob Gas leak and dishwasher plumbing.

  I had to call in Cadent who confirmed and detected a gas leak. Whilst the Cadent engineer was working, I called WEST27 Plumbing Ltd. and spoke to Mr. Gentian Lumani who agreed to come over to my home once the Cadent engineer's report was ready. Gentian Lumani arrived at my home within 30 mins of me, sending him the report. After fixing the gas leak, Gentian also reconnected a dishwasher to the water supply. Gentian Lumani worked efficiently and even showed me how he was testing after the repairs had been completed. He was tidy and polite throughout his visit.
