1 poor service - not interested in resolving complaint

Job location: SP5Disappointing service.We intructed thm to treat wood worm in a house that we were selling.they were able to do the work within a few days.I explained the situation of needing the treatment to make the sale.However they didn't explain that the guarantee that they gave ,was not insurance based , therefore it relies in the company staying in business.Lenders don't like this type of guarantee.Also the report that they gave was 2 lines long.It didn't go into any detail of what the extent of the infestation was , whether it was live or historic ,or go the treatment administered for each room .Response from Wessex Woodworm

Wessex Woodworm is a family run business based on the Dorset/Hampshire border. We have been established for over 30 years. We carry out woodworm inspections and treatments throughout the whole region from Bridport in the west to Portsmouth in the east, Bournemouth to Salisbury taking in all the major conurbations, market towns, and villages.
We treat loft spaces, garage timbers, and flooring in domestic properties, also structural timbers in larger buildings. Our listed building work is mainly on the region’s Churches.
We offer a prompt service and our inspections are free to home-owners and property managers.
